Your Responsibilities
As a dynamic Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth through the expansion of our customer base and the cultivation of existing accounts. You will manage a sales territory with a target of surpassing $15 million in annual sales, utilizing your ambition, discipline, and strategic selling expertise to excel beyond market expectations. You will promote and influence the sale of our complete range of products and services, adhering to the strategies set forth by the organization. Your duties will encompass managing profitable sales, conducting sales calls, developing sales action plans, reporting on sales activities, resolving credit issues, submitting LEED and Project Review documents, and providing technical assistance along with support for accounts receivable, all while ensuring customer satisfaction within company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Consistently surpass sales targets through proactive prospecting, solution-oriented selling, and account growth.
- Develop and implement territory plans that focus on high-value opportunities and customer segments.
- Establish and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to provide competitive proposals and secure high-value contracts.
- Monitor and report performance metrics weekly, concentrating on pipeline velocity and closing ratios.
