In collaboration with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), SteerBridge is committed to supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in creating a seamless, interactive experience for its technology users. This initiative aims to enhance user interactions, making them easy, enjoyable, effective, and personalized. As part of this effort, the VA is transitioning Tier-1 Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Services to the GDIT team. The ESD scope encompasses providing 24/7 support to all End Users and VA designated executives/VIP End Users.
As a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in managing an environment where all incidents, problems, requests, changes, and service requests from end-users are received, monitored, tracked, and resolved, or escalated to other stakeholders as necessary.
