Your Role

In the capacity of a Tier 2 NOC Engineer, you will monitor customer environments, resolve incidents, and address more complex technical queries. You will collaborate closely with fellow engineers and vendors to ensure our services operate smoothly.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving complex incidents

  • Managing FortiGate devices and Fortinet products like FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager

  • Preparing and implementing significant changes

  • Monitoring and optimizing managed systems

  • Handling escalations

  • Documenting changes, configurations, and incidents

  • Maintaining communication with vendors for support or additional analysis

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Participating in the 24/7 on-call rotation

  • Writing internal knowledge articles

Your Impact

The Team
