In this fully remote role, you will be a pivotal member of our advanced support team. You will tackle complex networking environments, optimize infrastructure performance, and assist clients in resolving critical IT issues. Your Responsibilities:
- Ultimate Escalation Point: Act as the senior technical resource for Level 1 and Level 2 help-desk technicians, efficiently resolving complex tickets and mentoring junior staff.
- Advanced Network Management: Troubleshoot, configure, and manage complex routing, switching, LAN, and WAN environments for a diverse client base.
- Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve high-level system, server, and network outages, ensuring maximal uptime and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Strategic Implementation: Assist in deploying, migrating, and upgrading client infrastructures, with a focus on networking hardware (firewalls, routers, switches) and cloud integrations.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client networks, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate future troubleshooting.
