As a Trade Marketing Manager at Future plc, you will craft insightful and creative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and attract advertisers. Your role will involve developing compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition to our advertising partners.
You will engage in collaborative efforts with the commercial team, graphic designers, and insight analysts, while also partnering with sales and editorial teams. Your background in creating revenue-generating sales collateral for large businesses, alongside your data analysis skills, will be critical in helping to strategize and narrate our brand story.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing, you will:
- Design sales materials that resonate with brand messaging and significant events.
- Utilize audience research to deliver unique insights and compelling storytelling that attract new clients.
- Collaborate with integrated marketing and branded content teams to craft strategic responses to RFIs and RFPs highlighting the value of Future and its brand portfolio.
- Work alongside graphic designers to produce impactful sales collateral.
- Assist in coordinating proprietary events and sponsorships.
- Focus on project delivery and execution aimed at maximizing commercial ROI.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Future and its array of brands.
Preferred Qualifications
This multifaceted role requires collaboration across various departments in a global business. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can spearhead brand-building marketing initiatives:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in creating marketing materials for revenue-generating teams.
- At least 3 years' experience working with diverse data sources, translating data insights into compelling stories and content.
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to execution over a span of 3 years.
- Experience in trade marketing or B2B marketing within the media sector for at least 3 years.
- Strong collaborative mindset, capable of working with senior executives.
- A passion for tackling new challenges.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Comscore/Nielsen.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
