Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD) is advantageous. Prior call center experience is a significant plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams. Willingness to travel internationally to deliver training programs at various company locations. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is preferred. Familiarity with performance coaching or mentoring is desirable. Adaptability in training methods to accommodate diverse audiences and learning styles. Background in the travel industry is a plus. Must be patient, flexible, organized, and possess strong interpersonal problem-solving skills.
