Position: Training and Onboarding Specialist (Marketing Technology)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Onboarding Specialist to assist marketing teams in mastering a modern workflow automation platform. You will lead customers from their initial login to becoming proficient users. Your responsibilities will include conducting onboarding programs, facilitating client training sessions, and creating user-friendly resources that streamline the adoption process.

Key Responsibilities
