This position offers a unique opportunity to influence business performance through impactful training initiatives tailored for ABM employees at both Operational and Supervisory levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate input and updating of learning and development training records and “Skills Matrices”.
- Design, implement, and complete ABM training programs.
- Incorporate relevant policies, processes, and manuals into operational training materials to ensure employees can effectively perform their job functions.
- Deliver operational training, including on-the-job training and mentoring, while providing constructive feedback to support performance improvement.
- Create and deliver training courses, ensuring compliance with associated paperwork, lesson plans, and exercises according to regulated bodies such as CAA/DFT.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our training syllabus with innovative learning techniques.
- Support the development and implementation of digital learning innovations.
- Identify synergies with customers and business units to promote best practices and a unified approach to learning.
- Facilitate effective communication within the operations team, including regular meetings to discuss training delivery plans and compliance metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and airlines.
- Promote a culture of service excellence while maintaining a professional image, both personally and on behalf of the company.
People Management:
- Effectively coach and mentor team members to meet service level agreements.
- Ensure staff discipline and compliance with Company and regulatory standards, utilizing the Company disciplinary process when necessary.
- Manage and process all paperwork in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
