Position Overview

Join our Traffic and Technology team at Olsson, where we excel in providing comprehensive traffic solutions tailored to our clients' unique project requirements. Our team specializes in traffic operation studies, pedestrian circulation, and intersection design and improvements. With expertise in traffic signal design and timing, we also focus on pavement marking design, street lighting analysis, DMS boards, bike-ped trail alignments, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Our projects range from citywide safety studies to advanced signal system enhancements.

As a Transportation Engineer within the Traffic and Technology team, you will utilize CAD software to develop design plans, conduct traffic studies, and support various traffic analysis projects. Key responsibilities include designing traffic signals, roundabouts, pavement markings, signage, and temporary traffic control measures. You will analyze traffic patterns and data to optimize roadway layouts, manage congestion, and enhance overall road safety.
