QAD is seeking a meticulous Treasury & Accounting Analyst to enhance our daily treasury operations while contributing to key accounting functions. This role suits individuals who thrive in cash management, financial reporting, and general ledger activities, all aimed at bolstering the financial integrity and compliance of our organization.
This position entails:
Treasury Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash positioning, cash concentration, and intercompany funding activities.
Develop and refine short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Monitor and enhance liquidity across our global bank accounts.
Foster strong relationships with banking partners, coordinating to resolve issues and ensure timely solutions.
Negotiate banking products, services, and fees to align with business requirements.
Manage and improve treasury systems, banking portals, and payment processes.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies.
Prepare treasury-related reports for management, including cash flow analytics and variance analysis.
Support financing arrangements, debt compliance, and covenant monitoring.
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams on cash management and treasury-related projects.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
Record accruals, prepayments, and reclassification entries as required.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for designated entities or areas.
Work alongside other finance functions such as AP, AR, and FP&A to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records.
