WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee daily operations for the nursing team, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary to excel.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Address patient care concerns and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and shift leads to align goals and streamline hospital operations.
- Utilize feedback from doctors to guide team development and uphold medical excellence.
- Lead by exemplifying VEG values, particularly openness, teamwork, and altruism.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through in-house training, mentorship, and professional development pathways.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and performance standards.
