Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and effective workflows.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide outstanding client and patient care.
- Work with Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) to set operational objectives, assist with recruitment, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, and expense management.
- Develop and enforce clinic policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead training initiatives, staff development, and performance management.
- Create a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages innovation, learning, and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client feedback to ensure an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a veterinary, medical, or healthcare environment preferred.
- Skills: Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technology: Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus.
- Education: A degree in business, management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Mindset: A proactive and adaptable approach focused on operational excellence and employee engagement.
