Vice President, Account Management - Small/Medium Business
The Small/Medium Business (SMB) Account Management Team at MERGE acts as the strategic nexus between our organization and our dynamic, high-growth client base (accounts with <$1B in annual revenue or <$250K in annual MERGE services). We are the connectors, facilitators, and business connoisseurs. We orchestrate MERGE’s internal expertise, uniting Industry, Solutions, Partner, and Operations teams to deliver proactive insights and compelling proposals that stimulate client growth until they transition to our Enterprise industry vertical teams.
As the Vice President of Account Management, you will be an engaged, high-impact executive leader accountable for the vitality of the SMB revenue pipeline and the success of executive-level client partnerships. You will serve as the chief architect of the commercial frameworks and strategies that empower MERGE to expand through proactive account growth and retention. A strong field presence will be essential for conducting contract negotiations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all MERGE services align seamlessly with our clients' core business objectives.
