Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strategic expansion. Partnering closely with the Division President, Vice President of Operations, and senior management, you will utilize your competitive spirit and innovative thinking to cultivate an inspiring sales environment. Your expertise as a leader and proven track record in revenue generation will be instrumental in shaping our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to our local division.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales personnel to achieve optimal performance.
  • Design incentive structures and pricing models for each community.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and provide comprehensive sales reports to the Division President.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to launch community promotions, including events and media outreach.
  • Oversee traffic and sales reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key companies for preferred buyer arrangements.
  • Analyze traffic data to enhance sales performance.
  • Coordinate with the Vice President of Operations and Project Managers to address construction timelines and outstanding issues.
  • Monitor sales backlog weekly to ensure closings are on track, resolving any financing or contingency challenges.
  • Maintain a competitive product database to inform strategy.
  • Lead the startup process for new communities.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Division President.
