We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategy who will play a pivotal role in our Client Services department and be a vital member of our Senior Leadership Team. This strategic position will lead our account management function, advising on some of the agency’s most significant and intricate client accounts, which encompass integrated and point-solution programs integrating SEO, paid media, creative services, brand strategy, marketing automation, public relations, and social media.

The ideal candidate will be a senior strategist and relationship manager, collaborating with our service teams to establish program objectives and strategies, nurture client relationships, expand accounts, support sales initiatives, and deliver outstanding results. A background in public relations is highly desirable, alongside B2B industry expertise across our service offerings. You will work closely with in-house experts to drive success for our B2B technology clients, becoming an invaluable asset to their marketing teams, ensuring client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability. You may directly manage 1-2 large accounts while providing oversight for a portfolio of 6-10 accounts.

As a senior leader within the Client Services team, you will mentor and manage a team of up to 15 employees, including 2-4 direct reports, fostering their professional growth while aligning departmental performance with our agency-wide objectives. This role will also contribute to our agency leadership, promoting collaboration across teams and advancing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.

We are looking for a seasoned agency leader who can work in a hybrid capacity out of our Boston office. The ideal candidate will possess experience in team leadership, culture building, networking, community relationship building, and new business development. You will collaborate with our Managing Director to strengthen our local team and elevate our brand presence in the Boston market.
