Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and accounting. Deep understanding of monetary markets, foreign exchange, interest rate dynamics, investment management, financing strategies, and hedging techniques. Experience in the investment management industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and banking platforms. Proven track record in negotiating credit facilities from a fund or asset management perspective. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across various seniority levels, showcasing strong managerial skills.

Join Neuberger Berman as the Vice President of Treasury for the NB Alternatives platform, where you will play a pivotal role in establishing a centralized treasury team to enhance the overall functionality of our NB Alternatives platform. This position reports directly to the Head of Treasury for NB Alternatives and presents a unique opportunity to shape treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and oversight of Treasury systems and policies.

  • Forge and nurture banking relationships across various segments, including corporate banking, financial institutions/sponsors, foreign exchange, interest rate desks, and fund finance/asset-backed lending.

  • Evaluate and execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks in foreign exchange and interest rate markets; provide strategic advisory to investment teams.

  • Manage liquidity forecasting and invest cash portfolios strategically.

  • Negotiate and implement funding programs, including credit facilities and subscription lines.

  • Ensure compliance with ongoing credit facilities, including the review and submission of required certifications.

  • Negotiate bank fees, card rates, and interest rates for deposits.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on treasury-related matters.

  • Continuously monitor bank credit exposures.
