This senior VIP IT Support Analyst position at Constructor Knowledge is based in Bulgaria. The role is hands-on and supports the CEO, executive team, and their families across multiple private residences and offices in the EMEA region and Singapore. Full responsibility covers IT infrastructure, devices, connectivity, and physical security, with an emphasis on keeping services running smoothly at all times.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain stable and validated technology environments at all locations, including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, AV equipment, and Zoom Rooms.
- Provide expert support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, managed switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network segmentation across multiple sites.
- Set up and support satellite connectivity (including Starlink) for maritime and remote environments.
- Oversee physical security systems: manage CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, and access controls at all properties.
- Deliver prompt, on-demand support to executive family members for personal devices and home office setups.
- Supervise installation of technology equipment in residences, hotels, vehicles, and yachts, ensuring secure and functional setups during business travel.
- Manage IT assets across all locations, including device inventories, software licenses, and subscriptions. Plan and execute proactive refresh cycles.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls for high-value individuals, including endpoint protection, MDM, firewall configuration, anti-malware, and secure VPNs.
- Test all equipment and conferencing systems proactively before meetings and events.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolutions for all supported locations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide urgent support outside standard business hours.
