Virtual Eureka Math Instructional Coach

Join EdConnective as a Virtual Instructional Coach and become a pivotal force in enhancing the capabilities of educators across the nation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with K–12 educators and school leaders, empowering them to hone their skills and ultimately elevate student achievement.
We are particularly interested in experienced educators who can deliver targeted coaching on the Eureka Math curriculum to instructional coaches.
This is an independent contract position, offering the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

In your role, you will engage in meaningful activities, including classroom observations, conducting virtual coaching sessions, and partnering with educators to enhance their instructional methods and student outcomes. Coaching Structure
Each coaching partnership is designed to be intensive and impactful, allowing you to make significant contributions within a defined timeframe. We ensure you are matched with participants that align with your strengths and coaching style, maximizing both effectiveness and job satisfaction.
Your coaching journey begins with a 30-minute introductory session to establish rapport, understand the educator's context, and define actionable goals. Weekly, participants will submit artifacts such as session recordings or reflection journals to guide focused 30-minute coaching meetings.
