Aerones is a pioneering force in the field of advanced Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics. We are actively searching for enthusiastic Drone Pilots (UAS Pilots) to become integral members of our U. S. Operations Team.

Our company excels in providing innovative robotic solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and exceptional service within the Wind Energy Industry.

This dynamic role marries professional Drone Inspection with practical Wind Turbine Field Technician duties. Candidates will engage in Drone Operations for inspection missions alongside hands-on field work in Wind Turbine Operations, which may involve working at heights and in industrial settings.

As part of this role, you’ll have the chance to travel to Wind Farms nationwide (both Onshore and Offshore), with all accommodations and travel expenses covered. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on Wind Turbines to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

New hires will receive paid Drone Training by Aerones, covering piloting, processes, safety, and technical skills. Additionally, GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) certifications will be required and funded by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and upload inspection data to company servers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, including Project Managers and Engineers.
  • Report completed tasks, analyze data, and inform relevant departments of any safety or quality concerns.
  • Maintain and operate robotic systems used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines.
  • Conduct routine inspections on turbines to maintain performance and safety standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on turbines and associated systems.
  • Diagnose technical faults and resolve issues using advanced tools.
  • Document work completed, including repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety Protocols and Industry Standards.
