This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America, with a preference for those in Buenos Aires who can work from our WeWork office in Vicente López. Candidates must be fluent in English to effectively support U. S. markets, and work hours align with Eastern Standard Time.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated VoIP Specialist to serve as the organization’s expert in cloud telephony, voice infrastructure, and VoIP implementations.
This is a high-responsibility role where you will oversee VoIP operations throughout the organization, assisting Customer Success, Sales, Partners, and Product teams. Your primary focus will be ensuring customers are effectively implemented, trained, and empowered with Whippy’s voice and calling capabilities.
If there are inquiries regarding VoIP, migrations, integrations, or demos, you will be the primary point of contact.

Your Responsibilities
Ownership of VoIP as a Core Function
• Establish yourself as Whippy’s internal expert on VoIP, cloud telephony, and calling workflows
• Manage voice implementations, migrations, and best practices for clients and partners
• Develop and document company-wide VoIP deployment and support methodologies
VoIP Implementations & Migrations
• Lead onboarding and rollout projects for VoIP with new and existing clients
• Strategize and execute number porting (LOAs, carriers, timelines, risk mitigation)
• Facilitate migrations from outdated or third-party VoIP systems
• Design and set up call flows, including IVR, voicemail, business hours, routing, and forwarding
Voice & Messaging Integration
• Ensure seamless collaboration between voice and messaging workflows
• Support client operations and training to enhance confidence and proficiency in using our tools.
