The Vulnerability Management team at GoDaddy is a crucial part of our Information Security organization, dedicated to upholding robust security standards while driving initiatives that enhance transparency and fortify our overall security posture.

We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Engineer who will be instrumental in developing the architecture and capability roadmap aligned with GoDaddy Global Security’s strategic objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address vulnerabilities within our global infrastructure, assisting in their resolution to protect GoDaddy's expanding attack surface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement security solutions to identify risks, establish capability roadmaps, and safeguard GoDaddy’s infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments through vulnerability scanning, perimeter validation, and remediation support.
  • Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, impact analyses, and perimeter scanning using tools such as Tenable and Qualys; validate findings and provide actionable recommendations and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and report on data related to the Vulnerability Management Program from both internal and external sources.
  • Work alongside compliance teams to ensure all scanning, testing, reporting, and mitigation efforts meet regulatory standards, while also supporting the validation of false positives and user remediation initiatives.
  • Promote process maturity and automation by developing effective procedures and tools.
