Qualifications

■ Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields, with foundational knowledge in semiconductor engineering- Practical experience in one of the following front-end processes:- Dry Etching- Lithography- Proficiency in Japanese for business execution■ Preferred Qualifications (not required but advantageous)- Experience in the introduction, startup, and evaluation of various front-end process equipment- Practical experience in process development and improvement- Knowledge of power devices and thick-film processes- For Lithography: Experience with OPC modeling/recipe creation- For Dry Etch: Experience in thick-film processing development- Experience in projects focused on productivity and yield improvement in manufacturing- Experience in expanding capacity or improving production lines

Due to ongoing business expansion, we are seeking talented engineers to enhance productivity and yield in our front-end processes (150mm to 300mm) and to develop processing techniques for new devices.

We invite applications from engineers with experience in front-end processes, specifically in areas such as Dry Etch and Lithography.

 

■ Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more of the following front-end process areas:

- Dry Etching
- Lithography

 

■ Key Duties

- Development and optimization of front-end processes (equipment/materials/condition evaluation)
- Initiating processing techniques for new devices
- Advancing production technology (improving productivity, enhancing yield, reducing costs, promoting BCM)
- Equipment introduction, startup, evaluation, and transition to mass production
- Upgrading capabilities and troubleshooting existing lines
- Collaborating with related departments (device design/manufacturing/quality)

 

■ Target Devices

Products in the 150mm to 300mm line
(Microcontrollers, Mixed-Signal, Power Devices, and other Logic/Analog products)
