Context:
To implement its verticalization strategy and strengthen its position as a key player, NRB is actively seeking a WAN & Security Engineer to oversee information security and quality.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and deployment of network projects, including drafting associated technical documentation and managing implemented solutions.

You will collaborate closely with security managers to enhance existing network architectures and contribute to projects related to governance and risk analysis.

Your main tasks include:

  • Implementing client solutions on our network in compliance with defined configuration standards.

  • Advising clients and our sales department during the integration of WIN solutions into their ICT environments.

  • Contributing to analysis and remediation related to IT security issues.

  • Managing the deployment or migration of LAN, WAN, MAN, and network security solutions for our clients.

  • Ensuring complete technical coordination of external and internal client projects.

  • Assisting WIN in developing tools for automating installations and monitoring deployed systems.

  • Participating in testing for the implementation of new products or technologies.

  • Handling issues that the technical center (level 1 helpdesk) cannot resolve.

  • Participating in on-call duties.

  • Updating technical documentation and records related to client projects.

  • Reporting progress to concerned Project Managers.
