Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
About the Role:
As a Production II associate, your role will involve a variety of tasks including restocking products, conducting order audits, and picking orders with precision.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from designated areas and place them into cartons or totes as guided by the hand scanner.
- Restock products in assigned locations promptly.
- Inspect and verify outbound customer orders for accuracy, seal them, and ensure they are invoiced and shipped correctly.
- Operate voice or Radio Frequency equipment effectively.
- Maintain responsibility for checking out equipment and returning it in the original condition.
- Achieve and maintain minimum production and accuracy standards within set deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Basic math skills for counting and managing quantities.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent and punctual attendance required; overtime may be necessary.
