About the Role:

As a Production II associate, your role will involve a variety of tasks including restocking products, conducting order audits, and picking orders with precision.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick products from designated areas and place them into cartons or totes as guided by the hand scanner.
  • Restock products in assigned locations promptly.
  • Inspect and verify outbound customer orders for accuracy, seal them, and ensure they are invoiced and shipped correctly.
  • Operate voice or Radio Frequency equipment effectively.
  • Maintain responsibility for checking out equipment and returning it in the original condition.
  • Achieve and maintain minimum production and accuracy standards within set deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
  • Basic math skills for counting and managing quantities.
  • Proven ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance required; overtime may be necessary.
