Join our dynamic team at the-level-group as we seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Wholesale Area Manager specializing in the Women’s Ready-to-Wear (RTW) luxury segment. This role requires a proven history of effectively managing Corners and Shop-in-Shops, particularly within Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific regions.
You will oversee account management and actively seek new business opportunities with multibrand retailers and department stores, aiming to enhance brand visibility and profitability through both new and existing product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to establish a B2B wholesale strategy that aligns with company objectives and budgets;
Analyze, forecast, and project seasonal and annual sales targets by account and product category;
Plan and implement all digital and in-store wholesale activations in accordance with the company strategy;
Research the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and potential partners;
Lead sales campaigns, present the collection, and assist buyers with product selection, considering customer profiles and market demands;
Foster strong relationships and maintain effective communication with all partners to ensure proper brand representation;
Prepare and analyze sell-through data and P&L statements to proactively enhance performance and provide updates to senior management;
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with retailer needs and timely deliveries;
Develop and manage internal and external reporting to optimize sales team outcomes;
Train and mentor Wholesale Interns and Sales Associates;
Demonstrate relevant and proven experience (minimum 2 years) within a Fashion company's Wholesale Department as a Key Account Manager, Wholesale Manager, or Coordinator;
Be a strategic, goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset driven by successful results;
Exhibit high motivation and creativity in developing sales strategies while maintaining brand identity;
Possess flexibility, adaptability, and ambition;
Show strong skills in prospecting and lead generation;
Be an energetic and dynamic team player;
Demonstrate exceptional high-end luxury taste, style sensibility, and a strong focus on Women’s RTW;
Hold a University degree in Economics or Business Management;
