As we venture into wholesale distribution, we are on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
This is a high-performance, commission-driven sales position where success is quantified solely by sales metrics. The ideal candidate will possess an indomitable work ethic, a competitive spirit, and the capability to forge strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel revenue growth through proactive customer outreach (calls, emails, and other communication methods).
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to both new and existing customers, adeptly addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Build and nurture robust customer relationships to enhance loyalty and secure repeat business.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets, modifying strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies within designated accounts.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and effective sales techniques.
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and travel to customer accounts for relationship enhancement and merchandising optimization.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in learning and leveraging software and AI tools thoroughly to enhance productivity.
- Previous sales experience with measurable accomplishments is a significant advantage, but intrinsic motivation and resilience are paramount.
