Role Overview
Join Mistral as our Workplace Operations Manager in the vibrant city of Paris! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily logistics and operations of our Paris office, ensuring a seamless work environment for all team members. You will collaborate closely with our Workplace Lead to enhance office functionality and culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Foster a Welcoming Workplace Culture
• Ensure the Paris office operates smoothly and efficiently
• Assist EMEA colleagues with office maintenance needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries
• Promote our company culture by organizing activities, meetings, and community events
2. Manage Relationships with Stakeholders
• Liaise with suppliers such as food services, maintenance, and cleaning
• Welcome visitors and manage mail and deliveries
• Serve as the onsite contact for maintenance visits, shipping, and inventory management
Qualifications and Skills
