We operate a fleet of hundreds of vehicles, including Suzuki and a variety of electric cars, utilized for VTC services by hired drivers or through our Drive to Own program. Our performance hinges on vehicle availability, swift execution, and impeccable repair quality.
Context
Fleetch is in the process of establishing a dedicated automotive repair and maintenance garage to enhance operations and optimize fleet performance.
Objective: Transition from a workshop of 4 mechanics to a scalable organization of up to 20 mechanics.
There is a strong emphasis on rapid execution timelines, exceptional operational quality, and clear, traceable processes.
The organization is set to evolve into a multi-site operation.
Your Missions
1- Workshop Organization and Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the garage
- Schedule mechanics' tasks and allocate responsibilities
- Lead the field teams, recruit, and train mechanics
- Ensure discipline, safety, and orderliness within the workshop
2- Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance
- Supervise and carry out technical interventions
- Engage in mechanical, automotive electrical, and air conditioning work
- Ensure quality repairs and minimize workshop returns
- Approve vehicles for return to service
3- Productivity, Quality, and Processes
- Minimize vehicle downtime
- Monitor execution timelines and quality of services
- Implement straightforward processes: vehicle entry, diagnostics, tracking, and exit
- Ensure traceability of repairs and manage inventory effectively
