This is an Onsite Role: This position requires a full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office.

The Shift Supervisor will mentor, train, and guide their team to enhance productivity and engagement. Responsibilities include monitoring department goals, activities, quality of work, and objectives. The supervisor will also track production schedules and report any shortfalls in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing daily production for the assigned value stream.
  • Supervising activities related to filing and assembly, providing direction, production schedules, training for continuous improvement, and mentoring for associates.
  • Implementing business unit policies and procedures with a focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring compliance to ensure timely order completion and desired inventory levels.
  • Collecting data and providing necessary metrics and reporting.
  • Proactively communicating with the Operations Manager to address problems and concerns.
