Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic sales environment? At Elara Digital GmbH, we have an innovative software solution that our customers love, but we need a dedicated Account Executive to drive full-time customer acquisition and engagement.

As the first sales hire at Elara, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, who has successfully executed our sales strategy to date. You’ll inherit a well-defined playbook and be responsible for scaling our efforts and enhancing our approach.

Your mission will be to expand our sales channel, leveraging inbound leads from our website and a sales agency. However, the bulk of your role will involve proactively identifying and reaching out to the right customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging target customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conducting product demonstrations that showcase how our software can transform maintenance teams in just 30 minutes
  • Facilitating workshops with prospective clients and developing compelling business cases for executive decision-makers
  • Owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Maintaining a clean pipeline in HubSpot and effectively utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LLMs

The deals you will be working on range from €10,000 to €50,000 (software plus onboarding). This is a hunter role with full-cycle ownership, and you’ll benefit from our partnership with BEUMER Group, an international industrial corporation that provides you with warm introductions to airports and logistics companies, which are typically inaccessible to startups.

We value collaboration and autonomy, expecting you to make independent decisions and actively seek support when needed. You should immerse yourself in our product to understand our customers' true needs. Resilience is key; setbacks are part of the journey, but it's vital to maintain the same energy day after day. You'll also provide market feedback to the team, ensuring that our sales efforts are integrated directly into product development and strategy.

If you excel in this role, you'll have the opportunity to build your own sales team within two years and grow into the Head of Sales position. This is a clear pathway for advancement.
