Join Elara Digital GmbH as our first full-time Account Executive and help us expand our client base. We have an exceptional product that has captivated our customers, and now we need a dedicated professional to drive new business opportunities.

In this pivotal role, you will work directly with our CEO, who has successfully handled sales thus far, providing you with a proven strategy to follow. You will inherit an established playbook and be responsible for scaling our sales efforts while enhancing our approach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and proactively engaging potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conducting product demonstrations that showcase how our software can revolutionize maintenance teams in just 30 minutes
  • Leading workshops with prospects and developing compelling business cases for executive presentations
  • Owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Maintaining a clean pipeline in HubSpot and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools effectively

Our deals range from €10,000 to €50,000 (including software and onboarding). This is a hunter role with full-cycle ownership, enhanced by our partnership with BEUMER, a global industrial corporation that provides warm introductions to airports and logistics companies, giving you an edge that most startups lack.

We value autonomy and initiative. We expect you to make decisions independently and seek support when needed. You should be committed to understanding our product deeply to accurately assess customer needs. Resilience is key; setbacks are part of the journey, and we appreciate a proactive attitude to overcome challenges. You will also relay market feedback to our team, as we believe sales is integral to our product and strategy development.

If you excel in this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own sales team within two years and advance to the Head of Sales position, this is not just a vague promise, but our concrete plan for your career progression.
