As a net new sales executive, you will identify and pursue strategic target accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your ability to build a robust sales pipeline and convert opportunities into successful deals will be vital. Utilizing a consultative approach to value-based selling, you will leverage IFS's award-winning products while also accessing a comprehensive portfolio to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Your expertise in the enterprise software sales landscape will empower you to identify and qualify potential deals, paving the way for sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. This role is situated within a rapidly growing market unit that is undergoing transformative growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong sales execution while continuously enhancing your skills.
- Develop, manage, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for assigned industries.
- Maintain and execute a comprehensive Territory Plan for your designated vertical.
- Craft detailed Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from demand generation to finalizing business cases and securing sales, while effectively utilizing resources within a matrix organization.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance your accounts penetration, creating joint sales initiatives that accelerate deal cycles and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with quarterly budgets.
- Engage in ongoing pipeline development and demand generation to maintain 4x pipeline coverage.
- Work closely with Sales leadership and global teams to foster a strong internal network and collaboration.
- Ensure meticulous CRM and Account management, maintaining sales cadence and accurate reporting for effective forecasting.
