Role overview

As Account Management Manager, the main responsibility is to oversee a portfolio of key accounts. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring a high standard of service.

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated set of client accounts, serving as their main contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities, leading pricing discussions, and developing strategies for up-selling and cross-selling Checkout.com products.
  • Use data analytics and internal visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve operational processes and support merchant initiatives, aiming for an outstanding client experience.
  • Advocate for clients by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align product development with client requirements.
  • Represent Checkout.com’s product vision during Quarterly Business Reviews and contribute to strategic planning for major accounts.
