Role Overview: Account Manager

Responsibilities include leading commercial onboarding, ensuring customers see value early, and handling renewals and growth opportunities. This role acts as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders to set measurable goals and support customers from onboarding through ongoing expansion.
