Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients, sales teams, and production colleagues globally.
  • Address client inquiries regarding new project initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams to evaluate project scope and deliver cost estimates.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, craft project proposals, and negotiate budgets and timelines with clients.
  • Oversee project development, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while delivering high-quality output.
  • Proactively learn about clients’ industries, needs, and cultural contexts to guide the project team, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a superior level of service.
  • Drive business growth from existing clients by collaborating with senior leadership to enhance current relationships and promote the TransPerfect portfolio.
