We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Executive (Female) to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, employees, and management, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, employees, and management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, seminars, and training sessions, providing hospitality for visitors as required.
- Plan travel itineraries and manage bookings for flights, trains, buses, and hotels.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and pantry facilities, ensuring the maintenance of supplies and consumables.
- Maintain office infrastructure and assets, ensuring timely operation of office hours and preparing salary statements.
- Track insurances and ensure timely renewals, along with managing tax filings and payments (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and rental obligations.
- Manage cash flow, site expenses, and payment processing while resolving accounting discrepancies as per company policies.
- Assist with tender queries and documentation review.
- Handle salary calculations, employee final accounts settlements, and basic banking tasks.
- Perform routine clerical tasks and maintain office equipment.
- Manage dispatches and maintain stock levels.
- Facilitate recruitment by coordinating interviews and documentation.
