Qualifications and Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and manage multiple systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent problem assessment and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while multitasking. Strong verbal communication and telephone skills. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service. This position involves extended periods of sitting and frequent use of computers and phones. Candidates must work in the office 2-3 days per week and have a dedicated home workspace for remote work days. Selected candidates will be required to complete an attention to detail assessment and a Microsoft Excel assessment after the second interview.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Managers and Supervisors, assisting with daily office operations and managing essential administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of various departments, enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize mail automation software to create, address, and print mailing labels.
  • Distribute lab test results and health screening reports via mail and electronically.
  • Process electronic orders for health screenings and submit to Specialist Reviewers for evaluations.
  • Reconcile reports to confirm completeness of information for health screening processes.
  • Manage voicemails and service messages, directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Generate patient reports based on lab test outcomes.
  • Handle information requests promptly and accurately.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mail management.
  • Sort and document returned mail, updating healthcare provider information as needed.
