About the Role
As an Application Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in connecting Siftstack’s advanced telemetry platform with the intricate engineering challenges faced by our clients. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to tailor Siftstack’s offerings to their requirements, develop bespoke solutions, and cultivate meaningful partnerships. Your work with product and engineering teams will transform customer feedback into actionable insights, ensuring our platform continues to evolve and meet the demands of the industry.
We seek an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and has a passion for sectors such as aerospace, autonomous systems, and renewable energy. In This Role, You’ll
Collaborate with customers to identify their technical challenges and adapt Siftstack’s platform to fulfill their specific needs.
Create custom solutions and integrations utilizing Siftstack APIs to address customer issues.
Convert customer requirements into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Establish and maintain integrations with popular engineering tools to improve customer workflows.
Prepare training materials and support technical onboarding sessions for customer teams.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, acting as their technical partner and advocate.
The Skillset You’ll Bring
A minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.
Proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of REST APIs.
Foundational understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
