About the job

As an Area Manager, you will take on the crucial role of overseeing the comprehensive management and monitoring of Point Branch Offices within the designated area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, which includes:
  • Guaranteeing the quality and quantity of the portfolio develops in alignment with Amartha's established goals and objectives
  • Ensuring recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes adhere strictly to SOPs
  • Overseeing strategies, management, processes, and operations of all branches within the area under your guidance
  • Maintaining complete and orderly branch office administration
  • Ensuring branch office operations run smoothly by fulfilling licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements
  • Upholding strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
  • Ensuring all staff perform at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of branches in your region through proper human resource management
  • Facilitating the expansion initiatives set forth by Amartha
  • Ensuring the portfolio quality meets Amartha's standards and that branch audits align with management expectations
  • Promoting principles of transparency within the branches
