Requirements:Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading at least 2 branches. Experience managing a team of 5-10 members or more. At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets. Must have a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license. Willingness to travel across the Gresik area. Key Skills:High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members. High enthusiasm for learning, particularly in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and a target-oriented mindset. Able to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

Join our dynamic team as the Area Manager in Gresik, where you will oversee and enhance the management and monitoring of our branch offices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the branches in your area are met effectively.
  • Driving the growth of branch portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's goals.
  • Overseeing the recruitment processes, partner service, and support in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Implementing strategies for branch operations and management in your designated area.
  • Ensuring that all branch office administration is thorough and organized.
  • Guaranteeing smooth operational functionality of branch offices, including necessary permits, infrastructure, and inventory.
  • Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
  • Facilitating optimal performance among staff through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Managing human resources to ensure effective branch operations in the region.
  • Supporting the successful execution of Amartha's expansion plans.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality that aligns with Amartha's objectives and management expectations during audits.
  • Promoting transparency and openness within the branches.
