Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line production is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Strong focus on detail and adherence to quality standards. Capability to follow detailed work instructions accurately. Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods. Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping. Capability to work in a production environment subject to noise and temperature variations.

Job Summary:
The Assembly Line Builder plays a crucial role in initiating and sustaining the production line to guarantee the safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly of cabinets. This position demands exceptional hand-eye coordination, meticulous attention to detail, and experience in a dynamic production environment utilizing tools including staple guns and hot melt equipment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and prepare the production line at the start of each shift.

  • Manage and maintain optimal line speed to meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.

  • Assemble products utilizing staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools.

  • Oversee product flow, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent delays.

  • Adhere to the Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and uphold quality standards during assembly.

  • Inspect tools to ensure they are in proper working order before starting the shift and following breaks.

  • Identify and report any damaged materials, product defects, or equipment issues.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to facilitate production flow.

  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
