As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department and stepping in as Duty Manager when required.
  • Championing service excellence by ensuring staff are well-trained and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, ensuring each dish is served with a friendly smile.
  • Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in tracking performance against budgets.
  • Supporting with people-related tasks, including staff training, managing absences, covering shifts, creating rosters, and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Overseeing stock management and placing new orders through our online NAV system.
  • Providing hands-on customer service when necessary.
