Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.3-5 years of experience in a corporate business administration role. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; adept at using PC systems and the internet. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to conduct thorough independent research. Demonstrated customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Capability to comprehend and interpret contracts, terms and conditions, and regulatory documents. Proficient in drafting professional business correspondence and procedural documents. Strong presentation skills to effectively address contract-related inquiries. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively for team development. Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to accept additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is advantageous. Prior vendor credentialing experience is a substantial plus.

The Associate Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our Field Sales and Service organization across the United States. Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support, you will assist in various tasks including on/offboarding, vendor credentialing, and eTime support. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams including Sales, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

As a key player in our transformation initiatives, you will help enhance field representative productivity and improve the new hire experience. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
