Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or reporting roles. Proficient in Smartsheet, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Experience in developing scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools. Strong understanding of financial concepts (Profit & Loss, budgeting, forecasting, etc.). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Role Overview

The Finance Support Analyst with Operations & HR Focus helps connect financial performance with day-to-day operations and workforce management at Associated Veterinary Partners. This remote role (Philippines-based) supports the Finance, Operations, and HR teams by analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking key financial and operational metrics across multiple veterinary sites.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Monthly salary: $1,500 USD
  • Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain scorecards for finance, operations, and HR to track KPIs.
  • Create and distribute weekly scorecards for each facility, comparing current and prior year data on:
    • Revenue (in dollars and percentage change)
    • Labor percentage and labor cost trends
    • Average Transaction Charge (ATC)
    • Doctor production and productivity metrics
  • Monitor and analyze individual doctor production and performance trends.
  • Prepare and share quarterly production reports for all DVMs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Analyze data on revenue, labor, staffing, and productivity to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist with workforce analysis, including scheduling efficiency, overtime tracking, and labor cost management.
  • Work with HR on headcount, turnover, and workforce planning reports from a financial perspective.
  • Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Design and manage dashboards and reports using Smartsheet and Excel.
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget or forecast) with insights tied to operations and staffing.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial, operational, and HR reporting.
  • Help improve processes across finance, operations, and HR reporting workflows.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership as needed.
