Required Skills and Experience Proven track record in establishing and managing partnerships with AWS, highlighting field alignment, program engagement, and joint business planning. In-depth knowledge of the global Big Data landscape, technologies, and partner ecosystem, particularly with cloud-based data platforms and analytics (preferably on AWS). Experience devising successful go-to-market campaigns with ISVs that operate on or integrate with AWS, resulting in a balanced portfolio of partner-driven bookings and integrated solutions. Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role, driving revenue through partnerships or alliances. Strong understanding of enterprise software, ideally with experience in startup or high-growth sectors. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, adept at managing complex, multi-party deals and partner priorities. Bachelor’s Degree required.

At SingleStore, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AWS Partner Manager who will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and spearheading technology integrations and collaborative go-to-market strategies within the AWS ecosystem. You will take ownership of the relationships, technical partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue generation that align with AWS programs and field teams.

Your extensive experience in modern data infrastructure, big data Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the AWS cloud platform will provide you with valuable insights into vendor dynamics and industry trends, positioning you for success in advancing these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy with AWS that enhances partner portfolio performance, encompassing executive collaborations, certification strategies, solution development, partner marketing, and demand generation.
  • Devise a strategy to certify and engage existing AWS partners while identifying and onboarding new partners to fulfill technology integration and growth objectives.
  • Achieve overall AWS partner and co-sell quotas, including both sourced and influenced revenue aligned with AWS programs and market routes.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Partner Operations, and Consulting teams to realize optimal outcomes for AWS-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure a balanced approach to partner-sourced bookings and certified technology integrations related to AWS, maintaining both revenue impact and technical alignment.
