Position Location: Brickell Honda - 690 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33130
Your Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to sales or service.
Follow up on leads and efficiently schedule both sales appointments and service visits.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Maintain and update customer records within our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with sales, service, and marketing teams to fulfill client requirements.
What We Seek:
A personable and professional communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and collaborating within a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous (automotive experience preferred but not required).
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus!
