About the Role
As a Bilingual Implementation Associate, you will collaborate with the implementation team, reporting to the team leader, and play a key role in assessing clients' HR and payroll needs to ensure optimal configuration of the Employment Hero platform.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating and scheduling training sessions, conducting backward planning, guiding clients through the setup of Humi, troubleshooting issues, and providing continuous support to ensure success in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and schedule training sessions, conduct backward planning, guide clients in setting up Employment Hero, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support, ensuring success in both English and French.
- Collaborate closely with support teams, customer success, payroll services, technical support, product, risk and compliance, and finance teams to share knowledge and stay updated on Canadian payroll regulations, including specific requirements for Quebec.
- Work with sales and partnership management teams to align on service level agreements (SLAs) to enhance client satisfaction.
