Your Role in Our Mission
We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Associate to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in helping banks launch and enhance their digital banking solutions. This hands-on position involves configuring banking workflows, cultivating client relationships, and making a direct impact on the banking experiences of millions.
As an Implementation Associate, you will connect our robust platform with our clients' objectives, translating intricate banking needs into streamlined digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and tailor banking workflows, including account openings, onboarding, maintenance, and lending applications via our no-code platform.
Design forms, implement integrations, and establish business rules to adhere to specific regulatory and operational standards.
Lead client meetings and oversee multiple simultaneous implementations under tight deadlines.
Manage intricate, high-stakes projects that enhance essential banking services, such as account onboarding, customer management, treasury services, and lending operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, empowering them to maximize the potential of Prelim's platform to streamline processes and achieve significant business results.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of our platform.
Build and nurture strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across various client organizations.
