Join our dynamic team at Progressoft as a Technical Project Manager. We seek a driven professional who excels in managing diverse IT projects. In this role, you will report to the Project Management Office and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, and functional and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality project outcomes that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a productive working environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, resources, and budgets from initial concept through to post-production support.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, providing assistance throughout project implementation and subsequent support phases.
- Draft requirement specifications utilizing standard templates and tools.
- Translate high-level business needs into well-structured requirements, use cases, user stories/scenarios, business rules, and both functional and non-functional requirements that are detailed enough to guide developers and testers.
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and verification of requirements, ensuring they are complete, consistent, concise, and verifiable, adhering to established standards.
- Participate in prioritizing requirements and conducting solution risk assessments.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by drafting UAT test plans, ensuring availability of test data, and creating test cases.
- Engage in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure project integrity.
- Work alongside developers and end-users to validate that application functionalities meet client needs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical visions and analyze usability versus performance trade-offs.
