ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repair Coordination: Oversee the full lifecycle of property repairs, from identifying needs to obtaining vendor quotes and ensuring work is completed and properly documented. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional representative of the company, communicating effectively with U. S. tenants, homeowners, and vendors to resolve issues and provide timely updates. Operations & Document Flow: Prepare lease agreements and work orders for signature, ensure proper routing for approvals, and track all property files meticulously. Project Tracking: Keep tabs on "open loops" related to property inspections, renewals, or utility setups in Trello or Teams, ensuring completion to 100%. Systems Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for property workflows using tools like Loom and Microsoft 365.Executive Leverage: Manage high-priority email triage and calendar coordination linked to property walkthroughs and contractor meetings. RequirementsBilingual Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) with the ability to draft assertive and professional correspondence for U. S.-based tenants and vendors. Mandatory U. S. Exposure: Demonstrated experience directly supporting managers or property owners located in the United States. Experience: Background in property management, field operations coordination, or administrative support. Tech Literacy: Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
